The tobacco companies aim at addicting the youth to tobacco use. Currently 30 percent of the population (about 4.75 crores) is youths and the tobacco companies are well informed that if they could make them addicted to tobacco use, then they could sustain their death marketing and the business for next 50 -60 years smoothly. The tactics and strategies adopted by BATB are very sophisticated and horrible. It is expanding tobacco among the youths with the name of employment by organizing the Battle of Mind. Though the anti-tobacco platforms are attracting attention of the government, there are no effective results found while the BATB is circulating some misleading information on few specific media to justify their illegal initiative. Notably, the government is relaxed a bit to take measures against BATB for several reasons and partnership on the death business is the most prominent. The more you sell tobacco, the more you make profit and the more you invite death. The company has trapped the government entirely in this harmful profit cycle. |
