BATB Helping People to Get Covid Jabs!

British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) has recently started a program to help people registering for Covid-19 inoculation. The company has started publicizing such activities in the mass media and its many social media pages. Such CSR programs are to hide the uncomfortable truth that tobacco products that BATB sells help Covid-19 infections spread. Tobacco company’s CSR activities should be put to an end through an amendment of the tobacco control law.
