The company is displaying posters that read 'Charcoal Double Filter" at points-of-sale to allure the potential smokers. As per the tobacco control law, advertisement, and promotion of tobacco products at points-of-sale is banned and a punishable offence. The strict implementation of the law must be ensured to put an end to such advertising campaigns.
