BATB's Promotion Using Tobacco Packs

British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) has been promoting Benson & Hedges by displaying brand packets placed in ornamental holders at points-of-sale. This is a violation of the country's tobacco control law which has banned all types of advertisement and promotion of tobacco products. Such violation must be dealt with by strict implementation of the law.
